米海兵隊岩国航空基地 - 11月14日に岩国市玖珂町において開催された毎年恒例の鞍掛城まつりで、出陣の声を上げる米海兵隊岩国航空基地の米軍隊員。この鞍掛城まつりで行われる「鞍掛合戦出陣絵巻」は、1555年の鞍掛合戦を再現している（写真：アイザック・オロスコ伍長）。
