米海兵隊岩国航空基地 - 11月15日、米海兵隊岩国航空基地において行われた在日米軍従業員永年勤続者表彰式で、互いにお辞儀をする岩国基地司令のリチャード・ラスノック大佐（写真左）と勤続40年表彰者代表のイケダ・タカオさん（写真右）。この表彰式は、岩国基地で永年勤務してきた基本労務契約（MLC）および諸機関労務協約（IHA）従業員を称えるために行われる（写真：ブライアン・ロング兵長）。
