米海兵隊岩国航空基地 - 11月14日、米海兵隊岩国航空基地で行われた帰還セレモニーで、子供たちと抱き合う第5空母航空団（CVW-5）、第102戦闘攻撃飛行隊（VFA-102）、F/A-18Fスーパーホーネットのパイロット、ジョン・マーフィー米海軍少佐。CVW-5の帰還は、空母ロナルド・レーガン（CVN-76）での直近の展開の完了を意味し、CVW-5は展開中、自由で開かれたインド太平洋を支援するため、航空戦力を示した（写真：ダリエン・ライト伍長）。
