米海兵隊岩国航空基地 - 4月15日に米海兵隊岩国航空基地で開催された第44回海上自衛隊/米海兵隊岩国航空基地フレンドシップデーで、アクロバット飛行を鑑賞する来場者。米海兵隊岩国航空基地は1973年以降、基地を一日、一般開放するフレンドシップデーで航空ショーを実施しており、基地とホスト国である日本との良好な関係を育み、日米の相互支援を示す豊かな文化的体験を提供することを目的としている。（写真：デイビッド・ゲッツ兵長）
