MARINE CORPS AIR STATION IWAKUNI, Japan - 2022年2月14日に岩国基地で行われた第5空母航空団（CVW-5）司令官交代式で、離任するエイドリアン・カルダー海軍大佐（左）が新司令官に着任するマイケル・スウィーニー米海軍大佐（右）を祝福した。司令官交代式は、部隊の指揮権を後任者に引き継ぐことを公式に示す古い伝統である。CVW-5はインド太平洋地域の安全保障と安定を支援するために岩国基地に前方展開している。（写真：アイザック・オロスコ兵長）
