HIROSHIMA, Japan - A small-scale model of a building for an architectural proposal, sits atop a cabinet, at Chuden Engineering Consultants’ facility in Hiroshima, Japan, Feb. 8, 2018. The Defense Policy Review Initiative (DPRI) scheduled a day with CEC to host their first American visitors, which included five Matthew C. Perry High School students, DPRI employees and a Matthew C.
