Handlers and their military working dogs train regularly in a variety of areas such as locating explosives, narcotics, conducting patrols and human tracking in order to become a more effective team. Upon completion of training, U.S. handlers presented a plaque to Fujita and JMSDF handlers as a sign of gratitude and willingness to continue strengthening the U.S. and Japan alliance.
