ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Air Force reservists from the 514th Air Mobility Wing, McGuire AFB, N.J., are keeping an Air Force Reserve Command award in the family.
On May 11 members of the wing's 732nd Airlift Squadron learned they had won the 2006 Grover Loening Trophy, recognizing their unit as the best flying squadron in the command. The associate unit squadron flies C-17 Globemaster III transport aircraft.
McGuire's 78th Air Refueling Squadron captured the same award for 2005. The associate unit squadron flies KC-10 Extender aircraft, which can air refuel other aircraft and airlift cargo and troops. (Air Force Reserve Command News Service)
