山口県岩国市 - 5月15日、岩国市、愛宕山ふくろう公園で実施された「インクルーシブ・デイ」で参加した子供に挨拶するスパーキー。スパーキーはナショナル・ファイア・プロテクション・アソシエイション（NFPA）の公式マスコット。 このイベントを通じて、岩国基地のボランティアは地域コミュニティとつながり、障害のある子供たちがふくろう公園で一日を楽しく、安全に過ごせる環境を提供した。（写真：ランス・ケル兵長）
