Ambassador Caroline Bouvier Kennedy, 29th United States ambassador to Japan, toured Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan, Jan. 28, 2016. This is her first time since appointed as ambassador back in 2013 by President Barack Obama that Kennedy has visited MCAS Iwakuni. Kennedy, the daughter of John F. Kennedy, the 35th President of the United States, met with Marines of Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron (VMGR) 152 and expressed her gratitude for their service to their country.

MARINE CORPS AIR STATION IWAKUNI, Japan - Ambassador Caroline Bouvier Kennedy, 29th United States ambassador to Japan, toured Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan, Jan. 28, 2016.
